It was founded in 1929 in San Possidonio. Thanks to the foresight and dedication of Luciano Dotti, since 1986 it has grown to produce around 115 wheels of Parmigiano per day, totaling 44,000 per year, becoming a key reference point for the 35 cooperative members and the main producer in the Bassa Modenese region.
