Sala Bolognese
Il nome è di origine longobarda e veniva usato nel significato di “casa signorile di campagna con annessi fabbricati rurali , magazzino di raccolta dei prodotti agricoli”. La specificazione “Bolognese” fu aggiunta con Regio decreto del 1862. Il comune è oggi composto da diverse frazioni sparse sul territorio tutte interessanti da visitare. Da non perdere, un suggestivo giro tra i maceri circondati da olmi e salici bianchi sulle sponde dei fiumi Samoggia, Lavino e Reno, e l’affascinante reticolo di canali e infrastrutture idrauliche del Consorzio della Bonifica Renana.

for the collection of agricultural products”. The specification
“Bolognese” was added by Royal Decree in 1862. Today, the municipality is made up of various hamlets scattered throughout the territory, all interesting to visit.
